What Spells or weapons work well and where

There are a lot of folks that have a lot of experience here, and its time to share you wisdom. Nothing is more of a pain than waiting for a rez cause you had to try a spell on a monster only to find it doesnt work on that critter.

How was i suppose to know illusion spells have no effect on a devourer. Then calling for a GM to pull you out of there is no fun either.

Any way a running list of Monster and what works would be nice. For example:
Any undead use fire or holy spells. Illusion works if your strong enough
Against Demon Slimes use illusion or Holy, Fire is next to useless .

This is a really good idea for a message string.

However, all I have to add is ice on Colossal wasps works decently.

Actually EP damage works well on bears, via necromancy.

When I learn more I shall write it.
